The music video is notable in that it appears to be shot from an in-universe perspective, including many deleted scenes, alternate angles and differing edits. This particular version of the musical sequence within Jabba's Palace, which was filmed as part of the 1983 theatrical edition of Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi, differs just enough that characters who appeared only briefly in the theatrical cut are given significantly more screen time than their onscreen debuts.
