Four-One was a clone trooper lieutenant in the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. He piloted a LAAT/i gunship during the Battle of Haruun Kal. Under his command were 2nd Lieutenant CL-33/890 and two Auxiliary Heavy-Weapons Specialists, CT-6/774, and CT-014/783.
His gunship was assigned to the medium cruiser Halleck and sustained heavy damage during the action at Haruun Kal, though the ship endured and assisted with the post-battle rescue of stranded surviving clones.
