• Imperial warlords unite under the Imperial Ruling Council.
• The New Republic is driven off Coruscant.
• Emperor Palpatine returns as a clone and retakes control of the Galactic Empire.
• Destruction of Pinnacle Moon and Nespis VIII by the Galaxy Gun
• Amidst the chaos, neutral worlds form protective federations: the Dawferm Selfhood States and Botor Enclave form. Lianna institutes home rule.
• Luke Skywalker pledges himself to the reborn Palpatine, but is soon turned back by Leia Organa, and they destroy Palpatine and all but one of his clones.
• The Home One is retired.
• Skywalker turns Kam Solusar away from the dark side.
• Kyle Katarn prevents an attack against Altyr 5.
• Mara Jade turns Kyle Katarn away from the dark side on Dromund Kaas.
