- Krinemonen and Hirsi were destroyed by the Galaxy Gun.[9]
- Byss was destroyed by the last projectile of the Galaxy Gun, in which the Galaxy Gun was hoped to destroy the Eclipse II, only for the vessel to collide with the Galaxy Gun, destroying it, as well as the Eclipse II.[4]
- Palpatine, in his last clone body, attempted to transfer his spirit into the infant Anakin Solo, but was shot by Han Solo and was gone forever.[4]
- The Order of the Sith Lords was destroyed, but many other Sith organizations remained, such as Lumiya's Sith.
- The New Republic retook Coruscant, thus reclaiming authority of the the galaxy, after relocating their temporary capital from Dac.
- Operation Shadow Hand was halted with the final death of Emperor Palpatine and the destruction of Byss.[10]
- Blitzer Harrsk, Treuten Teradoc, and Sander Delvardus abandoned the Empire proper and re-established their former warlord dominions in the Deep Core.[9]

- The Death Star prototype was damaged by Kyp Durron then lured to a nearby black hole and sucked there together with the Sun Crusher.[7]
- Corran Horn attended Luke Skywalker's Jedi academy to learn the ways of the Force in order to save his kidnapped wife, Mirax Terrik.[11]
- Exar Kun's spirit destroyed the Tedryn Holocron in the Jedi Praxeum.[6]
