HistoryEdit

In 1647, a treaty was made to regulate the behavior of commercial entities during armed conflicts. This treaty was used later by political representatives of the Trade Federation to assure the Galactic Senate of its neutrality in conflicts during the Blockade of Pantora in the Clone Wars.
