The 182nd Legion was a division of the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars.

HistoryEdit

The clone troopers of the 182nd Legion were sent to the battlefront of Felucia in the final months of the war, though Republic High Command lost contact with its forces soon thereafter. A month later, the elite 501st Legion was deployed on Felucia to discover that the 182nd had been almost, if not completely annihilated, by the droid forces, who used the difficult terrain, nightmarish creatures—especially acklay—and flesh eating viruses of Felucia to their advantage. The 501st found wreckage and a crashed ship with a working power source on Felucia, which probably belonged to the 182nd legion.^[1]
