1e-XE was a white-banded MD3 pharmaceutical model medical droid, the shorter of two droids that assisted Dengar in the recuperation of Boba Fett when he escaped the Sarlacc. Its speech protocols were severely limited in comparison with its counterpart, SH∑1-B.
