The 21st Recon Group was a wing of Recon-X starfighters attached to the New Republic Fifth Fleet. The 21st Recon Group was commanded by Lieutenant Rone Taggar, and formed shortly before the Battle of Doornik-319, although Rone Taggar had served with some of the pilots of the 21st before the conception of the unit.

HistoryEdit

These Recon-Xs were dispatched shortly after the Battle of Doornik-319 to scout out the Yevethan worlds for the assessment of the Yevethan fleet, known as the Black Fleet. They jumped from hyperspace to their target worlds, but no Recon-X completed more than three-quarters of its scan before being destroyed or captured by the Yevetha.

Rone Taggar piloted the Recon-X Jennie Lee, which was destroyed.
