622 was the designation of a Venator-class Star Destroyer in the Open Circle Fleet of the Galactic Republic.
History[]
During the Battle of Coruscant, it carried Jedi out of and into battle, and was severely damaged by a Munificent-class star frigate during close combat.
It sent out a distress call, as it was pinned down by the InterGalactic Banking Clan ship. The frigate was destroyed by two Flak guns aboard the nearby Invisible Hand which were commandeered by the Jedi Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Star Destroyer 622 was free to move on.
