By approximately 3 ABY, an abandoned droid factory existed on the planetoid Annamar. Formerly a manufacturing facility specializing in experimental battle droids during the days of the Old Republic, by the time of the Galactic Civil War the factory had been appropriated as a military base by the Alliance to Restore the Republic.
