The Activv1 Riot Shield was a type of riot shield manufactured by Drearian Defense Conglomerate. It was one of the most common models used in the galaxy, fielded by officers when responding to riots and violent protests.[1]
Worn strapped to a forearm, the riot shield was a meter long and nearly as wide, and was capable of providing almost complete protection for crouched or kneeling officers. In addition, the riot shield could be used as improvised weapons, allowing officers to make their way through large crowds. The cost of the shield was 300 credits[1]
