Administrator Senior

Administrator Senior was the title given to the ruler of the Oseon system in the Centrality, seemingly analogous to the title of Governor elsewhere—with large amounts of power but the ability to be overriden by the ruler of whatever government their system belonged to.
Lob Doluff was the Administrator Senior as of 4 BBY. If he continued to retain the position, or if he was ultimately replaced, is unknown.
