Adventures in Wild Space: The Steal[5] is a book by Cavan Scott. It is the third of four entries in the Star Wars: Adventures in Wild Space junior novel series, published by Egmont UK Ltd. The book was released on June 30, 2016 and came to 160 pages.

The title was issued in the United States by Disney–Lucasfilm Press on April 11, 2017 as Adventures in Wild Space: The Heist.

ADVENTURES IN WILD SPACE:
THE STEAL
As the evil Emperor Palpatine
strengthens his iron grip on the galaxy,
Lina and Milo Graf search for their
missing parents, kidnapped by Captain
Korda of the Imperial Navy.

Travelling on board the WHISPER BIRD
with their trusted droid CR-8R, the
children have learned the source of a
mysterious transmission that is calling
for a rebellion against the Empire itself.
Their course is set for the planet Lothal.

Little do Lina and Milo know that
sinister forces are closing in, greedy
for the secret information lodged in
CR-8R's memory banks....
