An aerobat was an athlete from a species capable of flight, typically by natural means, such as wings. Non-airborne species sometimes pursued the aerobatic arts assisted by a jetpack or Force powers. Aerobats were extreme athletes, seeking to set new records in speed, endurance, and challenging conditions. They were experts at flying maneuvers, dodging obstacles, fighting in midair, and executing power dives.
