Aguarl III was a waterworld in the Aguarl system.

After the first Imperial attack on Mon Calamari, a number of Mon Calamari and Quarren established a base on Aguarl III.
Princess Leia Organa was preparing to leave Kalla's Stanchion to visit Aguarl III to meet with Prime Minister Yenley approximately six months after the Battle of Yavin, but was delayed by a sighting of Imperial forces which forced the Rebels to scatter their fleet temporarily.
Later the same month, she was inspecting the Rebel base on the planet when a Quarren spy betrayed its location to the Empire. Four TIE bombers from the Ravagor attacked the planet, but only one survived the defense system, piloted by Ranulf Trommer. Trommer's concussion missiles necessitated the evacuation of the Rebel base.
