Aika Lars was the first wife of Cliegg Lars and the mother of Owen Lars.

She was from the Core World of Ator and died when Owen was very young. Stricken with grief, Cliegg returned to his own homeworld of Tatooine with Owen to raise him on his family's moisture farm.
