Ducha AlGray was the head of House AlGray and the leader of the Heritage Council, which sought to assassinate the Queen Mother, Tenel Ka. She was suspected of being involved in the plot to assassinate the Queen Mother and her young daughter, Allana. This proved true when AlGray and her army attacked Tenel Ka and her Hapan forces, which escalated into the Battle of Hapes. Shortly after the conclusion of the battle, AlGray and several members of the Heritage Council were detained and questioned.

At some point she named Aleson Gray her Duch'da.
