Alandra Mipsy was a reporter for the Colonial News Nets who covered the Procopia political and celebrity scene. She was often invited to exclusive parties by influential nobles and was on friendly terms with a number of Lords and Ladies. Alandra was also a Rebel sympathizer who could get cell operatives into very private functions by disguising them as film crew.
