Alee was an agricultural planet in the Alee system, located in Hutt Space along the Ilosian Spur hyperlane. It was the homeworld of the Vippit species, though it was also home to a significant Ilosian population. The planet, close to the edge of Hutt Space, had extensive dealings with the star systems of the Mid Rim.

HistoryEdit

Discovered between the Kymoodon Era and the Rianitus Period, Alee had been located within the territories controlled by the Hutt Empire since the dawn of the Republic. Surviving the Galactic Civil War, the planet was not so lucky with the Yuuzhan Vong Invasion, with the Yuuzhan Vong seizing control of the world shortly after arriving in Hutt Space.^[1]

Cut off from the galaxy, it took several years for Hutt-aligned territories to show signs of recovery. During the second Galactic Civil War, Hutt Space aligned with the Confederation against the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances. As of 137 ABY the Hutts had resisted the encroaching power of Darth Krayt's Galactic Empire.^[1]
