The All Planets Relief Fund was a law that Supreme Chancellor Palpatine created in 24 BBY to allow any world in peril to be able to petition the Galactic Senate directly for funds through one central account. Supreme Chancellor Palpatine claimed that this would stop the bureaucratic slowdown for relief to troubled worlds. Before this law a world would have to petition several committiees before they could receive relief funding.
