The Allanteen system was a star system located within the Tynna sector of the Expansion Region[1] of the galaxy at the intersection of the Corellian Run and the Shipwrights' Trace.[3] Circa 3,900 BBY, the Battle of Allanteen erupted in the system.[4] During the Clone Wars, it contained a shipyard which was used by Anakin Skywalker to modify his Venator-class Star Destroyers.[2]
The system was conquered by the Yuuzhan Vong during their invasion of the galaxy. After the Yuuzhan Vong War, the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances helped in the rebuilding effort. As of 137 ABY, the Allateen system was controlled by Darth Krayt.
