The Alliance Veteran's Victory Association, or AVVA, was a retiree's club for Alliance veterans with the ambition to be something more. Its members considered themselves the Fleet's ready reserve.

Around the time of the Yevetha Crisis, they were led by retired Brigadier Bren Derlin, and published a news packet titled Fleet Watch.
