Almak was the Leffingite homeworld in the Almak system.
After Magaloof served his three year prison term on Coruscant, he returned to Almak to begin a new life.
Despite determined Leffingite resistance, the planet was subjugated by Imperial walkers during the Battle of Almak, at some point between 19 BBY and 1 BBY.[1]
[edit] Behind the scenes
The name of this planet was invented through Star Wars Hyperspace's What's The Story? feature and was developed by Gregory Walker.
Almák, in Hungarian, literally means "apples".
