"Anakin's Theme" is a recurring musical theme introduced in Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace. It was composed by John Williams as the main theme for the young Anakin Skywalker.

"Anakin's Theme" is played when Anakin first meets Padmé Amidala in Watto's junk shop on Tatooine. It is also played as part of the suite accompanying the end credits. The theme is then heard once in the end credits of Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones, and once more in Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith, right after Anakin wakes up from his vision. The theme contains a subtle rendition of "The Imperial March"—used as Anakin's theme after he becomes Darth Vader—foreshadowing the boy's eventual fall.

In The Phantom Menace Ultimate Edition soundtrack, the theme appears at the end of "Hail to the Winner, Anakin Skywalker".

Behind the scenes

"Anakin's Theme" is heard in "Across the Stars" (Confrontation with Count Dooku and Finale) at 9:39.
