These Ancient Ruins were located right next to a Sarlacc and it was probably a temple. During the Clone Wars, while Anakin Skywalker was delivering something, Darth Tyranus attacked him, but then he was defeated and forced pushed into the sarlacc, but Dooku forced push his way out.
