Andra was a female Human native to Telos IV.

She was the founder and sole member of the POWER Party, and with the aide of the criminal Denetrus, helped Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi foil Xanatos' plot to bring Offworld Mining onto Telos. She later married Denetrus, and with the Chun family, helped develop the BioCruiser.
