Andrasta was a Firespray-31-class patrol and attack craft owned and operated by Emon Azzameen.

HistoryEdit

Emon used this vessel in every one of his known engagements in space. He flew it during his brother Ace's training missions, the attack on Viraxo 54, and the defense of the Rebel Hospital. When the Azzameen family's home base fell to Imperial authorities, Emon used the Andrasta to defend his exiled family. He continued to fly this craft even after the family officially joined the Rebel Alliance. A Twi'lek dancing girl design was painted on the hull above the blaster cannons. ⁽¹⁾

Behind the scenesEdit

Andrasta was a Celtic goddess of war. In the game Star Wars: X-wing Alliance, Emon speaks with an Irish accent. The Twi'lek dancing girl is a tribute to pin-up nose art seen on many warplanes in the mid- to late-20th century.
