Anduvil was a female Ogemite who worked with the Rebel Alliance as an intelligence operative.

Anduvil was a rare example of a female Ogemite trader. As an only child, she inherited her father's business when he died of Bledsoe's Disease. Anduvil, like many Ogemites, allied herself to the Rebellion during the Galactic Civil War.

Anduvil was actively investigating the Imperial use of Bledsoe's Disease as a biological weapon against Rebel-leaning worlds. When she found evidence of the plot on Tatooine, she sent a distress signal advising any incoming Rebel agents to contact her in the Chalmun's Cantina. Luke Skywalker intercepted the call and met her in the seedy bar. Anduvil explained to Luke her discoveries: prior to the Imperial crackdown of a Rebel world, an breakout of Bledsoe's Disease had been recorded following the landing of an unmanned, unscheduled transport capsule. As she laid down the facts, a nearby Jawa cantina patron collapsed with visible symptoms of Bledsoe's. Luke and Anduvil fled the crowded spaceport to avoid the spread of contagion.

Skywalker led Anduvil into the Jundland Wastes, into the empty home of Ben Kenobi. There, they were attacked by Tusken Raiders, and Anduvil and Luke defended themselves against the brutal nomads. Returning to the desert, they came across an abandoned sandcrawler, where Luke was bitten by a disease-carrying squill.

Stormtroopers investigating the sandcrawler took Skywalker and Anduvil into custody, delivering them to Kaaldar, a scientist based out of the Imperial garrison on Tatooine. He revealed to Luke and Anduvil that the Empire was using a genetically manipulated strain of Bledsoe's Disease to reveal the location of Rebel bases. Luke and Anduvil overpowered their captors, and forced Kaaldar to administer a counteragent serum to cure Luke of the disease. They then commandeered a combat landspeeder and fled the garrison. As a parting gift to the Empire, Anduvil sabotaged a TIE fighter engine which resulted in a tremendous explosion that blew the base to shreds. With her ship confiscated by the Empire, Anduvil left Tatooine with Luke Skywalker.

Anduvil was a fiercely independent trader, with a quick mind. She was a tall Ogemite, a humanoid species. She had short, blond, feather-like hair.
