HistoryEdit

The model was built in an experimental battle droid factory during the time of the Galactic Republic. Following the factory's abandonment, rogue droids wandered the deserts of Annamar, constituting a threat to anyone on the planet. Darth Vader and Luca encountered such a droid, which hid underneath the sand, waiting for its prey. They managed to destroy the droid, but rested in a cave for the night, to avoid encountering more in the darkness.
