Antar was a gas giant in the Prindaar system, surrounded by six moons, four of which support life.

One of the moons, Antar 4, was a mineral-rich world and home to the Gotals.^[1] Antar 5 supported a Gotal colony.^[2] During the Clone Wars, the Separatist battleship Malevolence met its end plunging into one of the barren moons,^[4] after Anakin Skywalker sabotaged it.^[3]

Antar is also the name of the home planet of the aliens in the Roswell TV series.
