Antes Beladar was the Imperial Governor of Reytha during the Galactic Civil War.

BiographyEdit

While governing Reytha, Beladar was tagged by the Imperial Intelligence as "suspicious at best, a traitor at worst." Whether Antes privately supported the Rebellion or was merely lazy or inept was never determined. Nevertheless, this resulted in his planet ravaged by Rebel forces, who tried to loot its food supplies and install several bases; seemingly tolerating this too long, eventually Beladar requested Darth Vader's assistance to drive them off. However, he was uneasy around Vader, and didn't last long with him. When the Dark Lord impatiently asked an excuse of why Beladar did not request an assistance earlier, before the Rebels established themselves on the planet, the flustered Governor claimed to not understand the question. Vader quickly put it in "simpler terms"; a Force Choke that killed Beladar.
