Mayor Antha-Kres was a Tiss'shar of considerable influence residing on Tiss'sharl. An eligible candidate for the position of President of the Tiss'sharl League, he was assassinated by order of the ambitious Geor-Dan-Thi who sought to remove his opponents for the Presidency.
