Anthony Heald (born Philip Anthony Mair Heald in New Rochelle, NY on August 25, 1944) is an American actor, he is best remembered by his performance as Dr. Frederick Chilton in The Silence of the Lambs. Heald is also known for his role as the deputy principal Scott Guber on the TV series Boston Public and Judge Harvey Cooper on the series Boston Legal.
