Conviction could result in imprisonment in a MaxSec Orbital Facility for a term of up to twenty years or until the insurrection ended. GA intelligence operatives Jae Juun and Tarfang threatened the Wookiee guards at the Rock Council with it if they allowed Leia Organa Solo and Han Solo to speak before the council prior to the Battle of Kashyyyk in 40 ABY.
