Apartment three hundred seven twelve was a safehouse maintained by the Galactic Alliance Guard during the onset of the Second Galactic Civil War. Located on the three hundredth floor of the Zorp House apartment tower in Coruscant's Galactic City, the quarters were secretly occupied by Lumiya, Dark Lady of the Sith, under provision of GAG Colonel Jacen Solo.
The apartment was filled with art from around the galaxy, including a holographic reproduction of Killik Twilight. Every wall also had at least one mirror, which would allow someone to see the entire apartment with the proper angle, no matter which room they were in. The mirrors would also use optical illusions to make what someone was seeing in them more attractive. Lumiya also had fresh flowers on a table, but they were actually nerfscourge.[1]
Luke and Mara Jade Skywalker discovered it while investigating Jedi Master Tresina Lobi's death. They convinced the building manager to recite the tower's universal passcode to allow them inside to continue their investigation.
