Aqualish language
From Wookieepedia, the Star Wars wiki.
Aqualish was the official language of the planet Ando, spoken by the Aqualish species.[1]
There were three subspecies of Aqualish, Aquala, Quara and Ualaq, each having a different dialect. However, these regionalisms were so similar that they were easily understood by speakers of the other dialects.[1]
Aqualish vocal cords caused harsh guttural sounds, which were common in Aqualish but uncommon in Basic. If an Aqualish spoke Basic, it sounded coarse and brutish. Most Aqualish did not learn Basic unless they needed to (which usually meant they had been forced to leave Ando).[1]

[edit] Behind the scenes
In the 4th draft of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope in 1976, what Ponda Baba the Aqualish said to Luke Skywalker was put as: "Negola dewaghi wooldugger?!?" However, what Ponda Baba actually said in the film didn't resemble the line at all, for there was even not a distinguishable syllable in his speech.[source?]
