HistoryEdit

Colonized by the Hapes Consortium sometime during the Great Manifest Period, the Arabanthans developed a series of "thought puzzles" that were the pride of the planet. Located in space controlled by the Sith Empire during the Jedi Civil War, the Queen Mother of the Consortium would seal off the entire cluster and remained independent throughout the Galactic Republic and Galactic Empire.

When the New Republic petitioned Queen Mother Ta'a Chume for openness and cooperation, the matriarch obliged by allowing Princess Leia Organa to visit and present the Republic's case. Pleased with Organa, Chume offered up her son, Isolder, as a suitor for the Princess. The worlds of the Consortium presented their potential new princess with gifts; Arabanth gave Organa an old woman who could recite many of the famed "thought puzzles".^[2]
