Arch Canyon, also known as Arch Mesa, on Tatooine, was a beautiful canyon with natural stone arches that spanned its width. Located just south of Beggar's Canyon, it was the tenth leg of the Aartan Race Track.

The Arch Canyon is one of many desiginated planetary regions in the MMORPG Star Wars Galaxies. However, in the game it is identified as the "Arch Mesa".
