Archduke was the title of the ruler of Geonosis, or Stalgasin hive, the planet's ruling hive. A symbol of their position was the Archduke's Staff of Command.^[1] Notable Archdukes included Hadiss the Vaulted and Poggle the Lesser.

It is unclear how an Archduke's influence affected or overruled the gubernatorial hive councils of Geonosis.
