Arcona Mineral Harvest Corporation was a mining company. Unlike their competitor, Offworld Mining Company, they respected their employees, who shared in the net profits. Around 45 BBY, the new chief operations manager, Clat'Ha, tried to get some of Offworld's workers by buying their contracts. The plan led to bitter infighting between the two companies. Despite this feud, Offworld Mining and Arcona Mineral Harvest were both members of the Commerce Guild.^[1]
