Ardees

Ardees was a popular alcoholic beverage made by the Ardees Beverage Company. It was nicknamed Jawa juice by many who consumed it.
On Tatooine, its place of origin, the beverage is called Jawa beer. Obi-Wan Kenobi was offered a cup of Jawa Juice by WA-7 while at Dexter's Diner investigating the origin of a mysterious saberdart. The traditional recipe is made from bantha hide and fermented grains, but there have been many different forms served in cantinas around the galaxy.
Jawa juice was also served at Bantha Traxx on Lianna. [1]
There was also a non-alcoholic version available both in cantinas on and off Tatooine around the time of 0 ABY.

A running joke among Star Wars fans declares that Jawa juice is made "only from freshly-squeezed Jawas."
Ardees was named after Ardees Rabang Jundis, assistant to Rick McCallum.[2]
In the original script and pre-release cuts of Attack of the Clones, WA-7 offers Obi-Wan Kenobi a cup of ardees, although the name was changed to Jawa juice in the final version of the film.[2]
