The Arhan were a species of Near-Humans who were characteristically very thin and frail, with long features. [[Filice Ginzork] was a member of this species.
Biology and appearance
The Arhan were a sentient species of Near-Humans[1]—a classification for species closely related biologically to baseline Humans.[source?] Consequently, they were bipedal and largely resembled Humans; Arhans, however, were thinner and more frail than Humans, and had longer facial features.[1]
Arhan in the galaxy
A notable Arhan was Filice Ginzork. She was a skilled slicer during the Galactic Civil War and eventually married Peert Ginzork. Peert formed an organization known as "The Shield" which operated as private security specialists. Filice and Peert, along with two other members, protected corporate couriers, worked in counter-espionage, and as executive body-guards.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Arhan were created by Rick Olshak for the West End Games sourcebook Cracken's Rebel Operatives, published in 1994. The sourcebook made some general remarks about the species in the context of one particular member, Filice Ginzork. She was illustrated by Mike Vilardi.
