Armen Arandis was a male Human who served as a Lieutenant and Imperial tactical officer stationed on the Assiduous.

Arandis competed in the Cloud City Sabacc Tournament on the planet Bespin in about 17 BBY, using the tournament as a cover-up to exchange funds in a clandestine deal with Darga the Hutt. The which involved tibanna gas and slaves was part of the Sarlacc Project the Imperial Navy's first attempt at creating a Super Star Destroyer prototype. His role in the tournament was being monitored by members of the Alderaanian Resistance. Lieutenant Arandis was killed after the tournament, when fellow competitor Silas Draver attempted to steal the winnings at the event's conclusion.
