The Armored Krakkiss was a giant, beige-colored armadillo-like creature native to Tatooine. It had thick plating covering its body, and its only vulnerable part was its head. It attacked its prey by rolling like a ball towards the enemy or by swinging its tail against the opponent, or trying to use the environment against it.

In 32 BBY, two Jedi dueled an Armored Krakkiss.
