The artillery beast was the main artillery weapon of the Yuuzhan Vong. Used as an anti-aircraft weapon during the Yuuzhan Vong War, this creature was about the size of a Republic SPHA-T walker. It resembled a large beetle with a gigantic abdomen where the weapon built up plasma to fire a giant globule. The bigger creatures were used as anti-air cannons while the smaller ones were used for mortar fire.
