The Artusian mining tram was used to transport personnel between the mines on Artus Prime and the detention area where the indentured mining laborers were "accommodated". It was guarded by two laser turrets. Kyle Katarn managed to evade the laser turrets and use the tram to get access to the detention area in the events leading up to the Battle of Artus Prime.
