Astaal Vilbum was a male Baragwin Jedi scholar at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant.

Vibum was the Caretaker of the Tower of First Knowledge, and leader of the Council of First Knowledge [1]. In the Holocron room of the Tower of First Knowledge, Vilbum witnessed the activation of a holocron containing the record of Volfe Karkko's imprisonment on Kiffex. He contacted Master of the Order Mace Windu, who had recently sent Jedi Quinlan Vos to deal with a disturbance on the planet.
As a member of one of the Jedi Councils, it can be assumed he was specifically targeted by the Galactic Empire during Operation: Knightfall and executed.
