The Atari 2600 or Atari VCS (Video Computer System) was released in October of 1977.

The four Star Wars games were released on the Atari 2600 are:

• Star Wars: Death Star Battle
• Star Wars: Jedi Arena
• Star Wars: The Arcade Game
• Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back

The game Star Wars: Ewok Adventure was also made for the Atari 2600, although it was never released.
