The atomic blast on Raspar-6 was a large-scale nuclear explosion on the moon Raspar-6, located in the Tragan Cluster, within the Outer Rim Territories. The blast impacted the atmosphere of a nearby planet during the month of Stolivea in that world's calendar. Its effects on the planet were expected to be the spreading of a phenomenon known as talking fogs into hollows and low valleys, as well as generating irrational echoes, heavy rain and eruption of snow in lower elevations. Forecasts advised composting and for the dust farmers on the planet affected to take up hydroponics in fribulation tanks during this period, which could reportedly last until mid-Aint or early Nnters.
Behind the scenesEdit
The atomic blast on Raspar-6 was mentioned in a one-page weather forecast titled "Region 29: The West Fissure," written by Bob Carrau for the 1993 book Monsters and Aliens from George Lucas, a publication that combines creature designs and photographs from various George Lucas projects with original text by Carrau. Lucasfilm employee Leland Chee, who maintains the Holocron continuity database, has indicated that information contained in the book is non-canonical.

- ↑ Although Raspar-6 is not placed in the Raspar system in Monsters and Aliens from George Lucas, Jason Fry, co-author of The Essential Atlas, has stated that "planets not assigned a system in published source can be assumed to reside in system of same name." This article assumes the same applies for moons. Source:
