Ausec Grogle was a wealthy male Trandoshan trader who had commissioned the SoroSuub Corporation to build him a prototype Personal Luxury Yacht 3000 by 33 BBY. However, as soon as the yacht was completed, it was stolen from the shipyards by the Bartokk assassins, who used it to infiltrate the planet Corulag to carry out an assignment given to them by Groodo the Hutt.
